A walk-off single propelled RLL Major Baseball Blue to a decisive, dramatic victory over La Center LL Major Baseball, 10-9. The game was tied at nine, after a Grand Slam Home Run by Bobby Sander at Abrams Park, with RLL Major Baseball Blue batting in the bottom of the sixth when Korbin Thomsen singled on a 0-1 count, scoring Christian Neiberger for one run securing the win for RLL.

Center LL Major BB to score five runs in the first inning. La Center LL Major Baseball's big inning was driven
by singles, a triple, and a finally a groundout.
La Center LL Major Baseball got on the board in the first
inning. La Center LL Major BB scored one

After La Center LL Major Baseball scored one run in the top of
the fourth, RLL Major Baseball Blue answered with one of their own. RLL Major Baseball Blue then answered when RLL scored on a stolen base during Liam Sainsbury's at bat. Then Liam
singled.
Hudson Glaus led things off on the pitcher's mound for RLL
Major Baseball Blue. The hurler went two-thirds of an inning, allowing five runs on
four hits, striking out one and walking zero.
La Center LL Major Baseball's pitcher
went two innings, allowing one run on one hit, striking out five and walking
zero. Three additional players contributed
in relief for La Center LL.
RLL tallied a Bases Loaded, Grand Slam Home Run, Bobby
Sander went deep in the sixth inning, over the Left Field fence of Abrams Park Field 2 and 1 bounced into the Tee-Ball field fence. This was Bobby's first ever over the fence Home Run is a game! Congratulations Bobby!
RLL saw the ball well today, racking up 15
hits in the game. Korbin Thomsen, Christian Neiberger,
Bobby Sander, Robert Kenck, and Hudson Glaus all collected multiple hits for RLL. Korbin led RLL Major Baseball Blue with
four hits in four at bats. RLL Major Baseball Blue was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Bobby Sander had
the most chances in the field with ten.
RLL stole seven bases during the game as two players stole
more than one. Christian Neiberger led the way with four.
La Center LL Major BB totaled nine hits. La Center LL Major Baseball ran wild
on the base paths with 11 stolen bases.
La Center LL didn't commit a single error in the field.
The game was played October 8th at Abrams Park, deep into fall and the sun was out shinning, no rain threatening, and some even stated it was down right hot - Perfect Baseball weather to keep the 2022 season Going!
