The 2021 Season is fast approaching and thus far we still have the green light to get started have a great season!

This year we will be adapting to accommodate to the new procedures and requirements needed to operate safely in the current COVID-19 Re-Opening phase for our local community. 

This Saturday March 13th, 2021, RLL will hold the 2021 Player Evaluations at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex (RORC) on Fields 4 & 5 - Schedule is below. Please NOTE: ONLY Players that are New to RLL or moving up to the Minor or Major Divisions and did NOT have a 2020 evaluation need to attend.

If your player did a RLL 2020 Evaluation in ANY division they DO NOT need to evaluate this season.

Saturday March 13th Schedule:
Softball (Minor & Major Divisions ONLY) - 10AM to 12PM
Baseball (Minor & Major Divisions ONLY) - 12:30PM to 2:30PM

EVALUATION NOTES: 
EVALUATIONS ARE NOT A TRYOUT TO MAKE ANY TEAM, ALL PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM. THEY ARE SIMPLY A GAUGE OF SCORING THE CURRENT SKILLSET OF PLAYERS TO ALLOW RLL AND COACHES DRAFT AND COMPILE EVENLY MATCHED TEAMS. PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR PLAYER TO BE EXCITED, TO GIVE 100%, AND HAVE FUN!

ONCE THE EVALUATION SCORES ARE COMPLETED THE COACHES FOR THEIR DIVISIONS WILL HOLD A TEAM DRAFT AND PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED ON THE DRATED TEAM, AND THE COACH WILL CONTACT YOU TO MEET AND SCHEDULE FIRST PRACTICES.

ALL PLAYERS MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING AT ALL TIMES WHILE PARTICIPATING ON THE FIELDS AT RORC AND MAINTAIN 'SOCIAL DISTANCING' SPACE WHILE WAITING TO PARTICIPATE. SPECTATORS ARE ALSO CURRENTLY DISCOURAGED CURRENTLY TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED LIMIT OF USERS AT THE FIELD AT A TIME. ONCE YOUR PLAYER HAS FINISHED THE EVALUATION YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE.
